Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 15, 2026
At Paragliding San Francisco, we strive to provide the best possible experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy for our services.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund
- No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows
2. Cancellation Due to Weather
Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. If we cancel a session due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered the choice of:
- Rescheduling to another available date at no additional cost
- A full refund to your original payment method
Weather-related cancellations are made at the sole discretion of our instructors and pilots, with safety as the top priority.
3. Cancellation by Paragliding San Francisco
If we cancel a service for any reason other than weather (e.g., equipment issues, staffing), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Partial Completion of Service
If a session is cut short due to changing weather conditions after launch, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the experience was significantly shortened, we may offer a partial refund or a discounted rebooking.
5. Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a refund request, please contact us at info@paraglidingsanfrancisco.com and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
